I Saw Jesus This Week!
Paul D. Fisher--Apr 15, 01

During this last week I saw Jesus right here in Marshfield. No, I have not
my mind and I was not seeing hallucinations, nor have I gone off into charismatic,
beliefs. Well, you may wonder, "How then did you see Jesus, who is in heaven,
this week in Marshfield?"  I saw Jesus in the faces of ladies standing in a nursing home singing praises to God and trying by song and encouraging words to lift
the spirit of those who were confined to the nursing home. I saw Jesus in the faces of men women who were carrying belongings of the apartment fire victims outside and  into other buildings. I saw Jesus in the face of those who brought clothing and other things to help those people. I saw Jesus in the face of those who took food to our sister week. I have heard Jesus' voice on the phone many times in the concerned phone about different ones of our congregation. I saw Jesus this week in the faces of many ladies who were cleaning the building, cutting the grass and planting flowers. I saw Jesus in the faces of those who
were inviting their friends and families to our meeting. I saw Jesus in the faces
of those leading our song service, prayers and in delivering the soul-saving message of Jesus Christ.

I have seen.Jesus many times this week and not only this week, but in the acts of kindness by so many Christians. Remember the words of our Lord in Matthew 25:34-40.  "Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of
the world: I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee?  or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."
