Are You Ready for the Feast?
by Paul D. Fisher

Invitations have been sent out and maybe you personally took some of them to people you want to see at this feast? There is still time for us to search the streets and lanes of the city to bring the poor, the maimed, the halted and blind (Luke 14:21)  We, of course, should want to make every effort to be at this feast every service.  What a great opportunity we have and we ought to praise our God for giving it to us!

Feasting on the Word of God is food for our souls, eternal food.  Just think, Thursday through Sunday we can come together as a group and feast on God's Word.  This will be feasting indeed for our souls!  Four days of feasting, and if you are here Wednesday evening that will make five days of feasting for your soul! This will be a little bit like heaven, singing and praising our God, feasting on His inspired Word.

Are you ready"  Will you be there?  Are you looking forward to this feast? Are you excited about who will be there? "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them" (Matt 18:20)  Jesus, Himself is the "I" of this verse.  We are gathering together in His name for this feast and Jesus said, He will be there!  Will you? God has already done His part for this feast. Let us do ours by coming and bringing others. Remember, this is a soul-saving feast!  A time for our souls to grow, a time to bring hungry, starving souls to the only source of true food.  Are you ready for the feast?
